AFP2PDF Plus - Create utility methods for accessing files from the classpath.

We need to create some utility methods to access files from within jars found in the classpath. This will make it so every external file we use (configs, resources) can be packed in jars and accessing them will be completely independent of the operating system. Note: the files from the jar would be read-only. This US might be a requirement for Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF). AC: Make the changes to access the files from within the jars.
