AFP2PDF Plus: IOCA don't decompress images that PDF supports.

To increase performance and reduce file size, a two pass process will be implemented.  The first pass will be processing the image data, but don't decompress.  The process data will be analyzed and if PDF support the compression algorithm, the uncompressed image data will used when building the PDF image.  If PDF doesn't support the compression algorithm, then the image data will be decompressed and processing will resume as it is today.
