AFP2PDF Plus - Change update packaging to include any changes to the client executable

If the client executable is updated (which is rare), our current zip/tar files created for the update need to include any changes to the client code. One way to do this is to have the update packages (one for Windows and the other for all other platforms) include the executable clients for all platforms and a script that is to be run that will pull the correct executable and place it in the install directory.
