Tiff2PDF - Some Tiff files are not transformed

During OpenJDK Migration test, we encountered some Tiff files that were not transformed. Same behavior has also the old version of Tiff2Pdf (java Oracle build)Currently the TIFF2PDF uses iText code to transform the images. We can use the imagegenerators.jar (from David) to convert them.AC: Add support for the attached TIFF files.
