AFP2PDF Plus: Add caching to TIFF image resources.

Currently AFP2PDF Plus caches some non MODCA image resources like GIF and JPEG, but not TIFFs.An extra consideration for TIFFs is that unlike the other 2 formats it allows multi-page objects, with each page having it's own image.
